LEAD TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVE

RAISING TRANSFORMED MINDS THAT ARE CREATING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENTS IN RURAL AND URBAN COMMUNITIES IN NIGERIA.
(CAC/IT/NO 9222)

We are creating rural co-working space with Rural Farmers (Women and Men), Unemployed Youths and Students working hand in gloves using Agroforestry as a tool for healthy food production in the rural communities and Job creation.

LTI aligns with seven United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (1, 2, 3, 4,5,13 and 16) which we carry out under our projects that focuses on:- Gender Inclusion,Transformational Education, Rural Community Development and Climate Smart Agriculture.

Gender Inclusion

We seek to build capacity in girls through Gender Ride and empower rural women through the Agrogender Development.

Transformational Education

With the rate of unemployment in Nigeria, We are preparing future leaders in both public and private sector through our transformational curriculum.

Rural Community Development

We are engaging the communities in broad expression of  skills,  and activities that enable the  community to be self-sustaining which includes food security, income-generating activities, sanitation, malnutrition, access to quality education, power generation and much more.

Climate Smart Agriculture

Based upon integrated management of water, land and ecosystems at landscape scale.  We engage youths and rural farmers in climate smart agriculture to explore agricultural value chains and create more job opportunities.
